The Board of Directors at their meeting held today viz. 10th August 2023 has inter-alia approved the re-appointment of Mr.Abhaya Shankar (DIN:00008378) as Whole-time Director and CEO for a term of 2 years with effect from 7th November 2023 along with his remuneration subject to the approval of shareholders.
