Approved Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.2. The Board of Directors Report along with other reports related to ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the company for the financial year ended 31st March 2023. 3. Fixed the date and venue of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company and approved the notice thereof.The aforesaid Board Meeting commenced at 04.45 P.M and concluded at 05:30 P.M.Please take note of the same.
