We wish to inform you that the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM/Meeting) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday September 14 2023 at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars/notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to transact the businesses set out in the Notice of the 13th AGM dated June 29 2023 (Notice).Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 including Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report along with the Notice of AGM being sent today i.e. August 22 2023 in electronic mode to only those shareholders of the Company who have registered their e-mail ids with the Company or their Depository Participants.
