To finalize the Date Time and Venue for convening 41* Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company; 2. To approve Notice and Directors Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31.03.2023; 3. To consider appointment of Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process of the company for Annual General Meeting. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
