Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from Friday 8th September 2023 to Friday 15th September 2023 (both days inclusive) and it is hereby informed that the company has fixed Thursday 7th September 2023 as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the company to receive final dividend of Rs. 14.00 per equity share of the face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2022-23. The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM to be held on Friday 22nd September 2023 shall be paid on or after 6th October 2023 subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
