Algo rhythm: The race to embrace workplace artificial intelligence

Less than two years since generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) came to the market, organisations are discovering that instead of automating away jobs, the technology is boosting workers’ performance. That’s one of the key findings of Freshworks’ ‘Global AI Workplace Report’ that surveyed more than 7,000 employees of organisations. Employees in India and West Asia have the highest AI usage and expertise.
