| More than 700 women professionals took part in the event. The ceremony began with a formal lighting of the lamp at the Bhavani Atrium in Technopark here, where women associates, all dressed in shades of blue, congregated for a day of celebration and fanfare. |

| This was followed by an afternoon of stalls and displays where the company's women staffers displayed artifacts created by them, which included paintings, jewellery and food items. |

| The formal function which got underway in the evening saw eminent women, leaders in their area of specialisation, addressing the gathering. |
