| According to the technical expert of ACC, G Ghosal, each tribal house will have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and corridor. |

| ACC has been working on a plan for a long time to construct homes at a minimum cost as residential accommodation for tribal people adopting 'ferro-cement technique' for the project. |

| Ghosal said that ACC would also construct extra rooms on demand of the house owners at an additional cost of Rs 40,000 for each room. |

| Interested individuals who wanted a readymade house would have to provide land for a house. |

| The cement company said the houses would offer special security like shock resistance and earthquake tolerance. |
