Aircell Digilink Drops Plan For Basic Services Foray

Aircell Digilink, a fully owned company of the Ruias, has decided to pull out of the basic telecom services business. The Ruias had applied for and had obtained letters of intent (LOI) to operate basic services in all the 21 circles which the government had opened up for private sector participation last year.
