CCL ties up with Austrian Swarovski

City Corporation Ltd (CCL), city based real estate developer company, said that is has tied-up with cut crystal and luxury products’ Austrian brand Swarovski for its $ 2 billion residential twin tower project, Gateway Towers 1.

The 150 meters or 45 storeys long Gateway Towers 1, will be adorned by Swarovski on the exterior and the project will also have its light fixtures and interiors.

“Branded residences are a hugely successful concept internationally and are now picking up in India. Globally, Swarovski has been present in the real estate segment, and this association is a step towards bringing their design expertise to India and offering the discerning Indian customers a truly world-class experience,” said Aniruddha Deshpande, MD, CCL.

Located within Amanora Park Town at Hadapsar, Pune, Gateway Towers 1 will be spread across 14 acres, and will have 700 units of high-end apartments including 2 BHK to 6 bedroom penthouses with private pools.

Swarovski has been involved in many prestigious, large-scale projects around the world, in multiple formats ranging from movie sets, hospitality, company headquarters, luxury casinos, places of worship, palaces, homes, estates and fashion shows.
