Celebrity Fashions loss at Rs 4.8 cr, pledges 30% shares to SBI

Celebrity Fashions Ltd has reported a net loss of Rs 4.80 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 21.32 crore. The company's total income rose by 42 per cent to Rs 80.32 crore from Rs 56.865 crore.

As per the financial re-structuring scheme sanctioned by State Bank of India, the promoters have pledged 53,52,516 shares with the bank (30 per cent of the share capital of the company as on March 31, 2009) on October 29, 2009.
