Dr Reddy's promoters pledge 6.19% stake
Drug manufacturer Dr Reddy's Laboratories today said three of its promoters have pledged 6.19 per cent stake of the company for an undisclosed amount.
In a filing to the National Stock Exchange, the company said that three of its promoters have pledged 10,419,829 shares representing 6.19 per cent stake of the company.
Dr Reddy's Holdings Private has pledged 9,775,009 shares representing 5.80 per cent stake, GV Prasad has pledged 616,504 shares representing 0.37 per cent stake of the company, the filing added.
Further, Kallam Samrajyam has pledged 0.02 per cent stake that is 28,316 shares of the company, it added.
Shares of Dr Reddy's Laboratories settled at Rs 485.90, up 2.44 per cent on the NSE.
