The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today filed a petition in a local court here seeking permission to record the statements of Satyam's former Chairman B Ramalinga Raju and others accused in the financial fraud at the IT major.
A petition was filed at the court of the fourteenth additional chief metropolitan magistrate by the ED, seeking nod to record the statements of the Raju brothers, Satyam's former CFO Vadlamani Srinivas and former auditors of Price Waterhouse - S Gopalakrishnan and Talluri Srinivas - in jail here.
The judge posted the matter for hearing on April 8.
Meanwhile, the hearing on the pleas of the CBI to obtain signatures and handwriting of the accused and to subject Ramalinga Raju, his brother Rama Raju and Vadlamani to the lie-detector test was inconclusive today.
The hearing will continue tomorrow.
