Eros elevates Jyoti Deshpande as group CEO

Media and Entertainment company Eros International today said it has elevated Jyoti Deshpande as group CEO.

This is after the erstwhile Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kishore Lulla exited his responsibility, a release said here.

Lulla will continue as executive chairman in the group, the company said.

Deshpande has been serving Eros International as Director since 2006 and was later promoted to the post of group COO and commercial director, it said.

Eros, which has presence in a host of countries, including UK, USA, UAE, Singapore and Australia, plans to raise Rs 350 crore through an initial share sale in India.
