Essel Propack Q1 net loss at Rs 5 cr

Packaging major Essel Propack on Friday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 5.10 crore for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009. It had a net profit of Rs 4.50 crore in the same period a year ago.

However, the consolidated income of the company rose to Rs 323.38 crore in Q1 of the current financial year from Rs 282.90 crore in the same period a year ago.
