Spectacle lenses maker Essilor India Pvt Ltd, the 100 per cent subsidiary of Essilor International, has acquired majority stake in the 20 20 Rx Processing, an existing franchisee of the company based in Hyderabad for an undisclosed amount. 20 20 Rx Processing specialises in producing spectacle lenses and other optical products. It was supplying its products to Essilor, the company said in a press release. | |
