Four entities sells Rs 409 crore worth shares in Shriram City Union

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund and SBI Mutual Fund acquires shares worth Rs 259.95 crore

Four entities including ABG Capital and Steadview Capital Mauritius has sold shares totally worth Rs 409.1 crore in Shriram City Union Ltd, while Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund and SBI Mutual Fund purchased shares in the company.

According to the bulk deal data from Bombay Stock Exchange, ABG Capital (sold 6,09,765 equity shares), LTR Focus Fund (5,55,815 shares), Steadview Capital Mauritius Ltd (9,44,208) sold shares for a price of Rs 1,630 per share. SBI Mutual Fund has sold 4,00,000 shares for Rs 1630.05 per share.

Meanwhile, Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund acquired 7,19,779 equity shares in the company for a price of Rs 117.32 crore and SBI Mutual Fund bought 8,75,000 shares for Rs 142.62 crore, at a price of Rs 1,630 per share.
