FTIL appoints T C Nair as independent director

Financial Technologies Ltd (FTIL) today appointed T C Nair as independent director on the board of the company.
 
"T C Nair has been appointed as additional director (non- executive & independent) on  the board of the company," FTIL said in a filing to the BSE.
 
Nair is a former whole-time member of SEBI and was also managing director at Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Ltd.
