Hyderabad-based Gulf Oil Corporation Limited, a Hinduja Group company, has renewed its partnership with the Indian Premier League 2010 team, Kings XI Punjab.
Gulf Oil will be ‘official team partner’ of the team and has entered into this association for the second consecutive year. The Gulf logo –Orange disc – will continue on the KXIP jersey right chest, the company stated in a release here on Tuesday.
“Last year we had leveraged our association through consumer as well as trade directed activities, which were very successful for us despite the IPL being in South Africa. This year, since the IPL is back in India, we anticipate an exponential increase in the excitement around it,” Gulf Oil president - lubes business, Ravi Chawla, said.
