Hero Mindmine to train corporates

Firm sets up advisory board comprising business leaders

Hero Mindmine, the training solution arm of the Rs 9,800 crore Hero Group, has created three distinct business streams to tap the global learning outsourcing market.
 
These are "" enterprise learning solutions, BPO learning solutions and education and career services. The company has also appointed an advisory board comprising several business leaders.
 
"After having established our BPO-ITES training services, we have decided to target the vast corporate training business. In line with this, we entered into an alliance with Team Productivity Consultants Ltd, a corporate training company, to set up the enterprise learning solution group. This alliance is now fully consolidated, and we are augmenting our services by developing industry/vertical specific products and services. Our focus is the global marketplace," Sunil Kant Munjal, managing director and CEO of Hero Corporate Servcie Limited, said.
 
Asheesh Gupta, Hero Mindmine's business head said, "Service business continues to grow in role and prominence in the Indian corporate sector. If this growth has to continue, and India has to dominate the global map, development of a strong talent pool is necessary. Hero Mindmine with its integrated approach towards training aims to become the strategic part of the Indian corporate training practices."
 
A W George, director, training and academics, said, "The Enterprise Learning Solution stream uses extensive research and latest learning models to develop customised solutions for the business enterprises. Extensive knowledge expertise from our international partners and acquired through original research is at the forefront of customising our solutions for the enterprises we work with.
 
Hero Mindmine has expanded its trainer pool and is setting up 18 state-of-the-art service centres in all major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai, providing training in 13 languages.
