Hewlett-Packard launches workstations, display products

Will also launch a 14-inch Zbook called Ultrabook

Hewlett-Packard today announced the expansion of its Z-portfolio of workstation and display products along with a 14 inch Zbook called the Ultrabook, the company said in a release.
 
The products priced between Rs 75,000 and Rs 185,000 are to offer Intel’s Thunderbolt technology for high-speed data transfer, it said.
 
The extension of the Z portfolio will have three new Zbook molbile workstations, Z Desktop workstations and two new Z Displays.

HP’s Zbook mobile workstation is a thinner and lighter industrial design which also comes with an option for a touch-enabled panel.
 
The Z workstations launched by the company include the latest Intel processors also called Ivy Bridge as well as new memory running 16% faster and second generation Thunderbolt ports for creative work flows.
 
The Z Displays are meant for designers, content creators and knowledge workers across the enterprise who need outstanding image accuracy, clarity and exceptional adjustments.
