Himachal Futuristic Communi- cations Ltd is playing truant again. In a repeat of the first telecom privatisation drama of 1995, when HFCL bid for 10-12 circles but failed to proceed with any, this time round it will start operations in only two basic circles after having bagged seven.

The HFCL Group has decided to take up only two letter of intents (LoIs)
