Hindustan Unilever appoints new Executive Director

He would replace Sanjiv Kakkar, who has been appointed as Unilever Chairman for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus (RUB) operations, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.     

Bakshi is currently the Regional Category Vice President, South Asia.     

Shares of HUL were trading at Rs 201.85, up 2.75 per cent on the BSE.
