HUL appoints R Sridhar as CFO

Leading consumer goods company Hindustan Unilever today said it has appointed R Sridhar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Sridhar, who succeeds D Sundaram, was serving as the Vice-President, Finance and Controller for Unilever (Asia), Africa and Central & Eastern Europe region, HUL said in a release.

Joined HUL in 1989, Sridhar moved to Singapore to take charge as the Vice-President, Finance and Controller, home and personal care business group for Unilever in Asia.
