India's second largest IT service provider Infosys Ltd on Tuesday said that the company will announce its third quarter results on January 11, 2013. The company also said it will also announce the financial performance of the nine months of FY13 on the same day.
In a filing to the BSE, the Bangalore-based company said, “A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on January 11, 2013 inter alia, to consider, the audited financial results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2012."
The board will also consider the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2012, the filing added.
