Jaypee Group's realty arm Jaypee Greens today said it will develop a luxury housing project in Noida with a minimum sales realisation of Rs 360 crore.
The company has already launched this project and would offer 300 apartments at a starting price of Rs 1.19 crore, Jaypee Greens said in a statement.
The project Knight Court will be a part of its 1,162 acre integrated township Wishtown in Noida.
"Residences at Knight Court at Jaypee Greens, Wishtown are poised to offer high-end living with a full view of the eighteen-hole golf course," Jaypee Group Director Rita V Dixit said.
Jaypee Greens has developed a 452 acre township in Greater Noida and Wishtown is its second township project.
The revenue of realty division grew by 48 per cent at Rs 653.57 crore during last fiscal, which is about six per cent of the Jaiprakash Associates total turnover of 10,316 crore in 2009-10 fiscal.
