Jet Airways has made a revised proposal to woo Etihad into a joint venture deal by agreeing to give the latter more control in management operations.

In what could be among the biggest collaborations after the government passed the resolution to allow FDI in aviation, Jet Airways has agreed to give four more seats in the board of the proposed joint venture to Etihad and expand the board size.
