"Prior to joining Jindal Saw, Kumar was working as MD & CEO of ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd (OAIS), a joint venture company of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS)," the company, part of OP Jindal Group said in a statement.
Kumar, who had earlier worked with Jindal Saw as Director (Finance) & CFO has been associated with large Indian business houses, top multinationals and financial institutions across core infrastructure, commodity, service and financial sectors in the past.
An MBA in Finance & International Finance, Kumar has represented private sector companies at Euro Money and CLSA Global & Asia conferences.
Jindal SAW Ltd is a part of $16.5-billion O P Jindal Group, the fourth largest industrial house in India. With global footprint, it has been providing total pipe solutions to the industry.
