Kambala Hospitality group is all set to launch 50 'Village' restaurants in the country in the next four years.
The company plans to invest Rs 25 crore for the chain of rural-themed restaurants. "We are planning to raise Rs 25 crore through banks or financial institutions for the 50 restaurants that we are planning to launch in the next four years' time," said Deepak Bassi, chief executive officer of Village, at the launch of the restaurant in Ahmedabad today.
Village is the first flagship restaurant of the company, which has launched a successful range of hospitality services like Imperial Banquets offering banquet halls and outdoor catering services across India and various restaurant brands like Rudey’s Forest Cafe & Raffles, Dining Room & Bar in Mumbai.
Currently, Village is present across three locations in Mumbai. Apart from Ahmedabad, the company plans to open retaurants in Rajkot, Surat and Baroda in Gujarat this year.
