World leader in Solar system technology LDK Solar, has signed a five year contact to supply multicrysalline solar wafers to India-based XL Telecom and Energy.
According to the press release issued by the company, Under the terms of agreement, LDK Solar will deliver approximately 300 mw of multicrysalline silicon solar wafers to XL Telecom over five year period commencing from the first quarter of 2009 extending it to 2013. XL Telecom will make down payment to LDK Solar representating portion of the contract value.
