Consumer goods player, Marico has announced a reorganisation of its business structure. The company's structure will now comprise three strategic business units (SBUs) - consumer products business, which includes locally marketed brands like Parachute and Saffola among others, Kaya business, consisting of beauty care clinics and International business that will include the company's operations in Egypt, Bangladesh and so on.
 
The company has also restructured the organisation among functional lines - technology, finance & IT and HR & strategy.
 
Following the departure of Pankaj Bhargava, the company's HR head, Marico has redesignated its CFO Milind Sarwate as chief - HR and strategy.
