Hinduja Foundries Limited's, the foundry arm of Hinduja Group and arm of Ashok Leyland, Managing Director & CEO has resigned from the company.

In an announcement to NSE, the company said Markus Wermers stepping down from the post of Managing Director and CEO of the Company with immediate effect.

D M Reddy has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from April 4, 2016.

In 2013, B Swaminathan has step down from Hinduja Foundries Ltd.
