McCamish Systems LLC, an Infosys BPO company specialising in insurance and retirement business process solutions, today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with FaithLife Financial.
The deal would follow a hybrid BPO model, where McCamish would provide a full range of services to FaithLife for all its insurance and investment products in Canada.
The products include conversion of data, policy administration, customer support, supplying the necessary reinsurance, valuation, accounting, taxation and generating sales reports, the company said in a statement.
FaithLife Financial is a not-for-profit financial services organisation that provides life insurance, health insurance, income protection and investment products in Canada.
