Chennai-based NAPC properties, a flagship of NAPC Ltd, today signed an agreement with Chennai-based gymansium Maveric Fitness to open 25 new fitness centres across the country. The two partners are planning to invest Rs 50 to Rs 60 crore over the next three years. The partnership will accommodate a revenue share of 40:60 respectively in this join venture.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai Krishnaraj, managing director, Maveric Fitness said that currently there are four centres, in which three are in Chennai and one at Yashwantpur, Bangalore. The company is planning to open 8 new centres in Tamil Nadu including Coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, Tirupur and in Chennai in the next 1 year.
Varun Manian, manging director, NAPC Properties said that the company is planning to open similar centres in Maldives,Thailand and in Middle East countries.
