NEWSALERT: IOC appoints K K Jha as director

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) today said it has appointed K K Jha as Director of the company.

The company appointed Jha at its Annual General Meeting held on September 14, IOC said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
