Orchid gets USFDA nod for anti-epilepsy drug

Chennai-based drug manufacturer Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has received United States Food and Drugs Administration (USFDA) approval to market anti-epilepsy drug Divalproex Sodium (delayed release) tablets in the US.
Indian companies like Sun Pharma and Lupin have also received similar approvals in the recent past.
A company press release said the approval is for three specific strengths of the tablet.
