Parsvnath unveils Rs 120 cr commercial project at Sonepat

Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers today unveiled a commercial project in Sonepat entailing an investment of Rs 120 crore with a saleable area of 3.7 lakh sq ft.     

Spread over an area of 16, 214 yards the project is expected to complete within a span of 30 months, the company said in a statement.     

The commercial property, Parsvnath City Centre would comprise a shopping mall, an entertainment center, multiplexes and food courts.     

"Sonepat is today an example of a bustling, modern city that has shown remarkable growth in practically all industry sectors... We are further expanding our presence with the launch of Parsvnath City Centre in the town," Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain said in a statement.     

Currently, the realty giant is developing an integrated township in Sonepat, comprising a group housing project and a shopping mall.     

Apart from that it is involved in 114 other projects spread over 211.32 million sq ft in 51 cities across the country.
