| Pav has been with Accor since August 2001 and prior to his current assignment, he was hotel manager at Mercure Grand Hotel in Melbourne. Joy has over 10 years of experience and has worked for a Japanese trading company before joining the hospitality industry. Prior to this appointment, he was head of sales and marketing at the Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore. |
