Polaris Financial Technology's new CFO

Polaris Financial Technology Ltd on Wednesday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has appointed Natarajan Narayanasamy as Chief Financial Officer with effect from July 1, 2012, in place of S R Ramaswami.
