Garments maker Provogue India today said that it will open 17 more showrooms across the country in the current fiscal taking the total number of stores to 143.
"We had planned to open 20 showrooms in the current fiscal, out of which we have opened three so far. The remaining will be opened in the current fiscal itself," company Managing Director Nikhil Chaturvedi said here.
The showrooms would come up across the country in an area in between 1,500-2,000 sq ft.
Provogue India has 126 stores at present spread across 60 cities in the country.
Chaturvedi said the company's revenue growth was around 18 per cent at Rs 360 crore last year and that this year it will maintain the rate of growth as that of the previous year.
Provogue India recently announced that it would buy back shares worth Rs 50 crore from its shareholders through an open market route.
