Engineering firm Punj Lloyd today announced that it had secured a contract worth Rs 115 crore from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for the construction of Medical College and Hostel Complex at AIIMS, Raipur. The order will be executed over a period of 15 months.
AIIMS, Raipur will be one of the six referral hospitals on the lines of AIIMS, New Delhi that the Ministry of Health would be setting up across the country. The 960-bed hospital will provide healthcare facilities in 39 specialty or super-specialty disciplines.
This is the Group’s second project in the medical space after the completion of Medanta, the Medicity in Gurgaon.
