Radhika Roy re-appointed as NDTV MD

Media conglomerate New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) said Radhika Roy has been re-appointed as the Managing Director of the company for a five-year period.     

The "board of directors has approved the re-appointment of Radhika Roy as Managing Director of the company for a period of five years," NDTV said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Her appointment would come into effect from July 1 this year, it added.
