Ramky Infra bags Rs 582-cr orders

Ramky Infrastructure Limited, a city-based integrated infrastructure construction and development management company with strategic emphasis on environmental projects, has bagged new orders aggregating Rs 582.15 crore across industrial, water, waste water and building verticals.
The new contracts include construction of concrete weir and other infrastructural and hydro-mechanical works for Mander-I and Mander-II small hydro-electric project from Chhattisgarh Energy Consortium (India) Private Limited valued at Rs 232.20 crore, which is to be completed in 27 months.
And, a Rs 156.88-crore project in Rajasthan from the public health engineering department, Ajmer, for execution of cluster distribution network, pump houses, clear water and overhead service reservoirs, 33Kv switchyards and village distribution network under Package-II of Nagaur lift project. Operation and maintenance of the complete system is for 10 years on a turnkey basis and the tenure of completion is 36 months, the company said in a filing to the BSE on Tuesday.
Besides, the company has secured orders worth Rs 176.24 crore for construction of a 130-million litre per day water supply scheme from the Urban Improvement Trust (Kota in Rajasthan), and for supply of all material and commissioning of high-tech sewage treatment plants based on sequential batch reactor technology in Uttarakhand, awarded by Uttarakhand Peyjal Sansadhan Evam Vikas Nigam. The tenure of completion of these projects are 18 and 12 months respectively.
