Drug maker Ranbaxy Laboratories today said its President & Chief Financial Officer Omesh Sethi has resigned from the services of the company.
"Omesh Sethi, President & Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the services of the company, with effect from January 25, 2011," Ranbaxy Laboratories said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
However, the company did not cite any reason for Sethi's exit, in the BSE filing.
Last year, Ranbaxy Laboratories's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Atul Sobti had stepped down from his positions effective August 19, and was replaced by Arun Sawhney, who was the then President of the company's global pharmaceutical business.
