Raymond re-appoints Gautam Hari Singhania as CMD

The textile major Raymond has re-appointed Gautam Hari Singhania as chairman and managing director for a period of five years.

The company's board has re-appointed Singhania for a period of five years with effect from July 1, Raymond said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Further, the board has also appointed Desh Deepak Khetrapal as the wholetime director for a period of five years with effect from June 20.

The company has appointed Ashish Bhatt, practising company secretary at Thane, as the scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
