Realtor Paarth Infrabuild today launched a mobile application (app) to enable its prospective customers to book their flats through smartphones.
The company claimed it was the first of its kind app that allows the buyers to book their flats online, apart from enabling virtual tours and seamless pre and post booking processes.
Meanwhile, company's director Pradip Misra said Lucknow and Kanpur had immense potential for growth and investment due to the proposed metro rail project, top line educational institutes and hospitals.
The company is offering a two percent discount to customers who book properties through the app, Paarth COO Neelima Saxena informed.
