Reliance Capital acquires Fame India shares

Anil Dhirubhai Group Company Reliance Capital has today informed the stock exchanges that they have purchased 11,830 equity shares of multiplex operator Fame India.

This purchase was done yesterday and constitutes to 0.03 per cent of the equity share capital of Fame India.

The average  price of the acquisition is Rs 82.10 per share and the highest price paid is Rs 82.32 per equity share. This transaction was done through open market purchases on the normal segment on the stock exchange.
