Hyderabad-based Sathguru Management Consultants, a multi-disciplinary global consulting organisation with vertical enterprise, resource and planning (ERP) software products to its credit, announced the rollout of the third generation Maice (Maice 3) software, a tablet and server integrated agronomy software solution for the global seed and agri-business companies.

Maice 3 is bundled with new innovative features coupled with enhancing existing functionality with twin objective of smoothening supply chain and improving farmer relationship.

"Through Maice 3, the weather and field force integration simplifies tracking and brings in timely interventions with ultimate economic benefit flowing to stakeholder," Ragunathan Kannan, Director, Sathguru Management Consultants.

The all important weather information customized to current or any desired location and integrated with farmer operations provides economic and utility value to farmers and extension workers.

Serenity features like tagging field photos with geo coordinates and time stamp and field force movement to own touch points have been incorporated in Maice 3 to enhance existing functionality.

Also, the thematic icon designed with better view in day light makes it easy for field force to read data from tablets. Field force can get navigated to a selected plot location through GPS guided process.

The dynamic label changes that users can incorporate by themselves in multi-lingual mode make Maice 3 a fit for global business companies.

It facilitates driving field force from corporate location and to track field force moments every day. Further, field force and extension workers will be able to send SMS right out of tablet for updating information to stakeholders.
