SpiceJet appoints G P Gupta as Chief Admin Officer

Low cost carrier SpiceJet has appointed G P Gupta as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Gupta's last assignment was as the Chief Financial Officer of no-frill airline Go Air.

In his new role, Gupta will be responsible for all contracts, overall administration and vendor management, SpiceJet said in a statement.

Gupta has over 21 years of experience across functions like finance, human resources and legal. He has also worked with Xerox India and Telstra.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
