Strides Arcolab elevates Badree Komandur as new CFO

Prior to this, Badree was Executive Vice President - Finance & Company Secretary

Strides Arcolab Ltd has promoted Badree Komandur to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from August 1, 2013. Prior to this elevation, Badree held the position of Executive Vice President - Finance & Company Secretary in the company. 

 

Badree has over 18 years of experience in the area of finance across industries. The appointment was approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the company. He will continue to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, a company statement said.
